Where there's housing growth, there's commerce. Staples is coming to town and will be handy to the I-10 interchange. Their developers are looking at opening a small shopping plaza to accompany the store. Plans are also in the works for a new shopping complex that will offer a good variety of stores and restaurants and developers are conferring with city officials to make it happen. Of course, we couldn't be happier since so many of us trek to Destin or Pensacola for those kinds of shops and dining. The possibility of finally getting a new movie theater is still in the works. For the growth our city is experiencing, it can only be a matter of time.

The new Starbucks received a hearty welcome from Crestview residents, the Red Raspberry has moved in and opened for business on Main Street and the Fred Astaire Dance Studio has established itself on Main Street as well. From specialty shops to dining, Main Street is alive and well!
